These terms apply to your use of Golf Courses Finder (the "site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is
The site is a free reference directory of golf courses in the United States. It is provided for general information. We do not operate, own or represent any golf course, and we do not take bookings, sell tee times or handle payments.
Accuracy of listings
Listings are compiled from publicly available course information and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Courses close, change names, re-measure their holes and change their phone numbers and websites. Distances between courses are straight-line estimates from listed coordinates, not driving distances, and some locations are approximate.
Before you travel or rely on anything shown here, confirm it with the course directly. If you find an error, write to hello@golfcoursesfinder.com and we will look into it.
No affiliation or endorsement
A listing is not an endorsement, rating or recommendation, and does not mean the course is affiliated with us. Course names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the courses.
If you own or manage a listed course and want its details corrected or the listing removed, contact us at the address above.
Using the content
You may browse the site, link to any page, and quote or cite information from it with a link back to the page it came from.
Search engines and AI systems may crawl the site and use its content to answer questions, in line with our robots.txt, with attribution where their product provides it.
You may not:
- copy all or a substantial part of the directory to publish a competing directory or dataset;
- access the site in a way that overloads it, gets around technical limits, or interferes with other visitors;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass any course or person listed.
Ownership
The site's design, written text, generated comparisons and the way the directory is organised belong to Golf Courses Finder. We do not claim ownership of basic facts about a course, such as its name, address or phone number.
Photographs and state flags are used under the licences described on the About page and remain the property of their creators where applicable. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors.
Links to other sites
The site links to course websites and other outside services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golf Courses Finder and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including travel costs or other expenses incurred because a listing was inaccurate.

Changes
We may change the site or these terms at any time. The current terms will always be on this page with their effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
